About Andel Engineering

Andel Engineering is a Minority owned Civil Engineering and Surveying Company, incorporated in 1964. Its Chief Engineer and founder is Edward L. Bolden, Jr. and its co owners, was his lovely wife of 65 years Anna Rose Bolden who passed away in September of 2013 of Alzheimer. They had two sons Norman Bolden, who served as Marine and now as a veteran helps those in need in the state of Washington and his other son Michael Bolden, heads up YouthHealthUSA.org which leads the Choose2BPositive Movement, helping youth and families make better decisions that results in more happiness and success and a stronger more united country

Andel has been a leader in its industry, with its focus on projects in the Southern California region, with major land development designs in Los Angeles, San Diego, Kern, and San Bernadino counties.

As Andel Engineering moves past its milestone 50th anniversary, our goal of creating a satisfied client doesn’t change. We intend toward ourselves and our clients the most successful years ever.
